How was I making $300 a month on Medium without writing a single story?

Yet another story about Medium.

I know, I know. I feel a thing when I have this idea of writing, but this is something that will help a lot of people. This story isn’t some kind of clickbait, but it is based on reality and over 6 months of work.

I only published three stories this year. One of the stories is published a few days, which makes it only 2 stories this year, but I generate $300 /month passively.

I know $300 is nothing if you live in a developed country, but $300 is a big thing and could help you in many ways, or if you live a modest lifestyle, $300 a month is enough.

Once I wrote a post about making $10,000 writing on Vocal, and a few people asked me if this isn’t an income that one can live by for over a year. I think they were right in their frame of reference, but they completely ignored that there are some countries where it is enough to earn $300 or $500 a month to live a good life.

I am super motivated by the fact that the earnings are completely passive income and could be used better.
