With a 0% curation rate from the last 5 months, i am still thinking why i am reading it. I think Curation do matters a lot if you get curated in a popular topic otherwise getting curated in less popular topic wouldn't make you the top 8% earner on Medium.

A writer reach to me on Facebook and said that most of his stories get curated twice or in three tags but never reach to the $100 mark. I think if we write for the reader not for curators then we might be more successful in the big picture then just getting short term success.
